What these terms are not
These are terms of use for the website at glazequote.co.uk. They are not terms of service for the GlazeQuote software, and they do not create any agreement about the software.
Nothing on this website is an offer to supply GlazeQuote, a quotation, or a commitment to provide anything. The product is in pilot. If a working arrangement is ever agreed, it will be set out in its own written agreement signed by both sides, and that document, not this one, will govern it.
Who runs this site
This website is operated by AA2 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10899773, whose registered office is at Bowman Business Centre, Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire, SN4 7DB. On this page, "we", "us" and "our" mean AA2 Ltd, and "you" means whoever is using the site.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
What you may do here
Read the pages, follow the links, and write to us if you want to. That is the whole of what the site offers. You may print or save a copy of any page for your own reference.
What you may not do
- Use the site in any way that breaks the law, or for any fraudulent purpose.
- Try to gain access to any part of the site, the server it runs on, or any connected system that has not been made available to you.
- Attack the site, including by attempting to overload it or by introducing anything malicious.
- Copy the site, or a substantial part of it, to republish it as your own.
- Use anything on the site to build or train a competing product, or to make a commercial claim about GlazeQuote that we have not made ourselves.
Attacking the site is a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990, and we would report it.
The words and pictures belong to us
The text, images, layout, code and the GlazeQuote name on this site belong to AA2 Ltd or are used by us with permission. Nothing here transfers any of that to you. The screenshots show the GlazeQuote application and remain ours.
What the site says, and what it is worth
The pages describe what the GlazeQuote software does at the time of writing. They are written in good faith and kept as accurate as we can make them, but they are a description, not a specification and not a promise. Software changes, and a page can fall behind it.
So the site is provided as it stands. We do not warrant that it will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that anything on it is complete or current. If you are deciding anything that matters, ask us and get an answer in writing rather than relying on a web page.
Where we are, and are not, responsible
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that follows from your use of this website, or from your relying on anything on it. That includes lost profit, lost business, lost data and any loss that was not a foreseeable result of our doing something wrong.

Two links leave this site: one to the GlazeQuote application, and one to the AA2 Ltd website. Both are ours. We do not control any other site that may link to this one, and a link here is not an endorsement of anything found there.
Changing these terms
We may change this page. The version that applies to you is the one published when you use the site, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
Which law applies
These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
